IT'S ALL ABOUT UNDERSTANDING THE MARKET, CONSTANTLY REFINING THE PROCESS OF DESIGNING & PURCHASING TO MINIMIZE ANY LOSSES, AND HAVING THE ABILITY TO MAINTAIN QUALITY CONTROL DURING THE DESIGN EXECUTION STAGE THEREBY BRINGING TO LIFE A PRODUCT THAT THE MARKET DESIRES.
Mir Goldin, a graduate of New York School of Interior Design with honors has always been about understanding the end user and creating a space with them in mind.
To date she has been in the industry for 5 years and worked at 2 different interior design firms as well as spending time at a construction company Rogo Builders, located in Brooklyn, NY. It was during her time on field from the construction aspect that she learned the key essentials on mastering quality control during the design implementation stage of work.
When MIR GOLDIN INTERIORS was founded it was done with the intention of systemizing the design & purchasing process to enable the designing of a development property to be done efficiently and as rapid as humanly possible. Mir Goldin currently teaches Design process course at ICA's Interior Design Program, where she includes some of the methods she has designed to bring a property to completion quickly and efficiently.
Mir's clients range from first time fix & flip'rs to more seasoned developers who have made a career out of investment properties in Brooklyn.
