Service Description
This is a drafting and space planning service designed to help you maximize your square footage and create a layout that meets your needs within the space you have. While we are not architects or engineers and cannot file with the DOB, we provide optimized layout plans that allow you to fully visualize the potential of your space. What’s Included: ✔ On-Site Consultation & Walkthrough – In-person meeting to discuss your needs and take necessary measurements/photos. ✔ Proposed Layout Design – A preliminary space plan presented via Zoom for review. ✔ Revisions & Refinements – Unlimited minor adjustments to ensure the layout meets your vision. ✔ Finalized Floor Plan – A professionally drafted floor plan incorporating all feedback. ✔ Lighting Plan – A thoughtfully designed lighting layout to complement the final space plan. Additional Notes: ✔ This service provides professional plans ✔ Does not include material selections or 3D renderings (available for an additional fee) When you purchase this online you are scheduling & paying for the first initial meeting which will have the designer do an 1. In person meeting with client for a walk through of the project. After this meeting the designer will send client a proposal for the work to be done. Should the client decide to move forward with the layout designs, the amount paid will be put towards the initial payment required to commence work.
